house at schwielowsee
The slightly sloping location is taken up by a split level in the building, which leads out onto the site on the south side. The washed brick facade takes up themes from the agricultural buildings in the area. The consciously heterogeneously bricked facing creates an attractive and lively surface of the facade. No fossil fuels are burned in the building, which is planned as a low-energy building with wood pellet heating and a solar system. The combination with a ventilation system and heat recovery leads to an extremely efficient and CO2 - neutral use of energy. The use of KVH -1 plus in the entire ceiling creates a pleasant and comfortable living climate, especially in the living areas with exposed wooden beams.
