In Berlin, a new skeleton building is being built on a previously completely sealed site. The supporting structure consists of a reinforced concrete staircase core and hollow filigree ceilings, whose fillers made of recycled plastic require approx. 35% less concrete. All interior walls and closed facade surfaces are designed as wooden stud walls and can be completely dismantled. This extremely flexible structure and the dimensioning of the supporting structure to a traffic load of 3 kN / sqm allow a variety of uses.
